I dined at Ess/zim/mer, a renowned restaurant specializing in international cuisine. As a vegetarian, I was pleased to find a variety of plant-based options on the menu at the bar Tholdy. The breakfast at Ess/zim/ offered a diverse selection, catering to both sweet and savory preferences, including lactose-free alternatives.The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, and the attention to detail in the presentation of the dishes was commendable. The facilities at the hotel, including the restaurant, bar, and terrace, added to the overall pleasant stay.With its central location near several notable eateries and attractions, Achat Hotel proved to be a hidden gem for a gourmet getaway. Whether you are a solo traveler like me, a food enthusiast, or a history buff, this hotel's blend of modern amenities and culinary innovation is sure to impress.
